Applied Learning Systems LLC is committed to delivering practical, real-world technical training that helps professionals build skills they can apply immediately in the field. We want every student to have a positive learning experience and encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact us directly.
The Controls Room Refund Policy
The Controls Room is a live cohort-based training program that includes live instruction, discussion, resources, and access to course materials.
Students may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, provided the live cohort has not yet started.
Once the cohort begins and a student has attended a live session, accessed recordings, downloaded course resources, or otherwise participated in the program, all sales become final and refunds are no longer available.
Cohort Changes or Cancellation
If Applied Learning Systems LLC cancels a cohort or significantly changes the published schedule, enrolled students may choose either:
* A full refund, or
* Transfer enrollment to a future cohort
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the learning platform or live sessions, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access issues as quickly as possible.
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

* Email address used for enrollment
* Order confirmation number
* Reason for the request
Refund requests will receive a response within two (2) business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of course access while the dispute is under review.
