About the Instructor
Mike Roper is Founder and Lead Instructor at Applied Learning Systems. A former science educator and BAS instructor, Mike has hands-on experience in HVAC controls, programming, estimating, workforce development, and technical training. Training is built around real-world BAS applications, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and practical field examples.
